South Care LLC provides home care and clinical therapy for adults and young people affected by substance use. Our team combines licensed therapy staff, daily support, and a doctor on our team to help clients stabilize, recover, and build a life going forward.
Who we serve
Addiction doesn't stay confined to one age group, and recovery looks different for a teenager than it does for an adult. South Care LLC works with both — building a care and therapy plan around each client's situation, with in-home support and clinical oversight from our therapy staff and doctor.
How we help
One-on-one and group therapy sessions led by our clinical team, with a therapy doctor overseeing treatment plans.
In-home care staff support clients with daily routine, stability, and check-ins alongside their recovery plan.
In-house and on-call doctors provide medical oversight and are available to clients as part of their care team.
Handles licensing paperwork, regulatory filings, and day-to-day operations so care staff can focus on clients.
How care starts
A client or family reaches out, and we go over needs and history.
